About EVTA

EVTA (Elite Volleyball Training Academy) was founded with one simple goal: to provide athletes with a reliable, high-quality training program focused on long-term development.

Since 2019, I have trained athletes throughout Oklahoma and have worked with players of all ages and skill levels. Through those experiences, I saw a need for consistent, intentional training that went beyond occasional lessons and random workouts.

I created EVTA to give athletes an opportunity to learn, develop, and train within a structured program that emphasizes accountability, technical skill development, volleyball IQ, and confidence both on and off the court.

At EVTA, every training session is designed with purpose. Athletes receive detailed instruction, game-like repetitions, position-specific feedback, and the opportunity to develop habits that translate directly into competition.

The goal has never been to simply provide more touches on a volleyball. The goal is to help athletes become better players, better teammates, and more confident competitors through a training environment that values consistency, effort, and long-term growth.

Whether an athlete is preparing for school volleyball, club tryouts, or pursuing collegiate goals, EVTA is committed to helping athletes reach their potential through quality coaching and meaningful development.

Meet Coach Megan

I’m Megan Serowski, founder of EVTA and Head Coach for Oklahoma Charge 15 National Gold.

Volleyball has been a major part of my life for more than 15 years. I was a four-year varsity starter at Southmoore High School, earned Oklahoma All-State honors, and continued my playing career at Lees-McRae College in North Carolina on both academic and athletic scholarships.

My coaching journey began with a passion for helping athletes grow beyond the fundamentals of the game. Since 2019, I have trained athletes across Oklahoma while continuing to develop my own coaching philosophy centered around accountability, consistency, and athlete development.

Throughout my coaching career, I have been fortunate to work with athletes who have achieved success at the school, club, and collegiate levels. In 2026, I was nominated for the AVCA Thirty Under 30 Award, recognizing emerging coaches making an impact in the volleyball community.

As a club coach, I helped lead Oklahoma Charge to the 2026 OKRVA Regional Championship, earning a bid to the USA Volleyball Girls National Championships.

My coaching philosophy is simple: athletes improve when they are challenged, held accountable, and placed in an environment where learning is valued every day. I believe in teaching the details, building confidence through preparation, and helping athletes develop skills that will benefit them both on and off the court.

Today, EVTA continues to grow because of the athletes and families who trust the process, commit to development, and share the vision of becoming the best version of themselves.
